Most orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. That said, we're constantly traveling to conventions all over the US and sometimes orders will be delayed as much as 2 weeks. We're doing our best to keep up with what we can and hope you can give us some pateince <3

Depending on where you live in the world, this answer can vary drastically. But, over many years of shipping products..we can give you a pretty good estimate:

United States: 1 - 6 business days.

Canada: 5 - 14 business days.

Rest of World: 14 - 28 business days (Australia, NZ, and similarly distanced countries may take a bit longer). 

**These shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely vary depending on customs and your local postal service.

Some of our items are printed and held at a separte warehouse than everything else - these items have shipping figured and charged on a separate line. Don't fret, it's the same cost you'd pay anyway - it just has to be calculated amd displayed separately. 

As long as the item is in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed), you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive your refund within about 7 business days. The original shipping cost can not and will not be refunded.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibilty, we recommend UPS or FedEx for safest travel but you may use any carrier you choose. 

For an item that has arrived damaged, please e-mail support@ghostboyco.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item and we’d be happy to help you out.

Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. 

If you didn't receive an email and/or don't see the order in your history, chances are we didn't receive the order. If you're sure you paid for it, send us an email.
